CLC is dedicated to locating appropriate housing options for individuals in transition and assisting them make the move to a new living environment. CLC takes the stress and strain out of the move! In many cases, placement services for seniors are FREE!
CLC also provides a variety of in-home support services, ranging from management of bills, medical appointments, medication management, and anything else needed to maintain or improve one's living situation.
